Pgbp and other source confusion

1) I have income in FY 2015-16 Salary income 3,00,000/- (No tds deducted)

2) Sold Amway product 20,000/- (No tds deducted)

3) Provided consultancy services 70,000/- (tds deducted Rs. 7,000 u/s 194j)

I am fully confused how to declare (No. 2 & 3) and which head the income is taxable? PGBP or Other Source.
