For MBA top insitutes CAT is mandotary..There r No good b schools which have value n take CAs directly....mba instittuies which have MOU with ICAI r nor ggod enough.....if u very inteligent as CA was cake walk for u...try to prepare CAT/XAT....CA or no CA does not matter .......
