Hello Members,

Can anybody help me, i want to know the due date of return of ESIC or PF. Ples it is urgent.

15th of the next succeeding month + 5 days of grace i.e. effectively 20th of the next succeeding month

In the case of ESIC look at the State Act. IN TN it is 21st

FOR PF :

Due dte of payment : 15 of the following month + 5 days grace period

Due date of return :

Monthly return Form 12A : 25th of the following month

Yearly return Form 3A/6A : 30 th April

For ESI

Due date of payment : 21 st of the following month

Due date of return : Form V

HY Return for contribution period (CP) Apr-sep : 11 th Nov.

HY Return for contribution period(CP) Oct-MAR : 12 th May

Hello everybody

Can you help me for one ESI related issue?

If an employee is having no family member. He/she is alone. Can he/she avail the ESI scheme? Can he/she submit his/her alone photograph for ESI I-card?

I want to deduct ESIC from contractor payment, want to know what percentage should be deducted from the contractor payment.

Also want to know whether TDS should be deducted or ESIC should be deducted.
