Pf during probation period
Is it necessary to deduct PF during probation period. As per PF rule, once employee gross salary more than 6500, then PF need to be deducted. Employee under probation enjoy all rights like Normal employee. Pl. confirm

A prabationer is covered under sec2(e)of provident fund act1952 and pf must be deducted as per prescribed rates
