Pf deduction for employees getting salary above 15000

If any concern is having 7 employees and has voluntarily opted for EPF registration. Among 7 employees 3 employees are getting salary above 15000 from the date of joining, is it compulsory for employer to contribute epf for those 3 staff getting salary above 15000??
