What is the rate of PF deduction & at what amount deduction will be made?

PF Deduction Rate is 12% on Amount of 6500/- & Pf Amount will be 6500*12%=780

PF will be calculated on basic+DA. Employees contribution is 12% and employers contribution is 13.61%

and the break up employer's contribution is into pension fund, provident fund,
PF admin charges and EDLI charges.

There are two options 1. Uniform all employees deduct celling of Rs.6500/- 2.As per employees actual salary on Basic saalry+Dearness allowance @ the rate of employee contribution is 12% , employer contributions 12+1.6%(admin charges).
