Dear Mr. Das,
Do you want to withdraw your PF accumulations or wana transfer the amount lying in your PF account with your previous employer.
If you wana withdraw your PF accumulations than you have to write an application to the concerned person of the HR department of your previous organization specifying that you are not working atpresently and you want to withdraw the amount lying in your PF account.
If your previous organization is having a private trust then hope it will not take more than 15 days for processing of your application.
Regards,
Ratti Wahal

Dear Das
First of All, You need to decide about your PF amounts want to do Withdrawals or Transfer your PF A\c’s to New Employment.
Accordingly, For withdrawals: You need to fill the Form 19 & 10C which are to be submitted at respective PF regional office of your previous employer after getting authorised signature and stamped from the Previous Employer. The normal process of the said applications would be one month from the date of submission at PF Office.
But I suggest, if you have amicable relationship with the previous employer then the afore-said applications better to process with them for faster process and further followups locally. Because a part of the applications needs to be filled and certified by the previous employer for the balance month of 5Months states that, they have already remitted contribution to PF A\c this required to be certify somtimes they may not filed annual returns to PF Office during that F>Y year. Further, in case if you want to get faster settlements then, you can opt for ECS with this you may get settled your PF amounts even within 15Days.
For Transfer of PF A\c's: You have to be collected the Form 13A from any of PF Office which needs to be duly filled and get it signed from the New Employer. Thereafter it has to be submitted at respective regional PF office of New employer, then within 3Months your Old PF A\c's would be transferred into your new PF A\cs. In this case you do not required to get signature from your Old Employer.
With best Regards
