A maid has been appointed.in the company and she does not have bank account so company pays her cash salary of rs.6000 is it allowed as deduction u/s80jjaa?


An is it necessary for her to deduct PF&ESI

If she is on roll necessary to deduct pf if you do not want deduct pf you book her expenses housekeeping charges.
