When does PF and ESI compliances comes into play for a software company ?
I want to know the dependency of both of them on number of employees.
Are there any compliances which comes into play if number of employees are more than 10 ?

In both the acts only when there are 20 or more no of employees in the org then registration is required and so eventually all provisions are pplicable otherwise no requirements at all..
