Dear All,
In our company premises, we appointed one security guard whose name is not mentioned in their register. He is replacement person who Will be on leave and his name is no ever found in their of & ESIC register.
My query is that, do we face problems when pf officer comes to verify to our premises and is it company faced any compliance?
