Is any provision exit in act that i withdrawal my provident fund amount before my retirement????

if your service gross span is less than ten years, then withdrawal is right now permitted upto july 2016 provided you have left service and not in employment for 60 days minimum
however if span is exceeding ten years then pension fund would not get paid, and compulsary pension certificate would be issued
