Dear Friends,

Is prior permission to be taken from Company Law Board for filing petition under section 397 /398 of the companies act 1956.

If so , where it is so specified under the company law board regulations.

Dear friend,

First file the petition in CLB, at the first hearing it will be decided that it should be submitted or not.
