Whether any reporting is to be given by auditor, if director's personal expenses are done through companies bank account and then shown as loans and advance in companies balance sheet, is there any violation of any section of company act,2013?

You, Auditor shall report u/s 143(1)(e)
Personal expenses are not supposed to be debited to P/l account
It is not supposed to be shown as Loan or advance to director also, as there is a prohibition on loan to directors u/s 185
