person liable for registration:-amalgamation issue
when two companies are amalgamated who needs to be registered????as per section 22 subsection 3 transferee is required to be registered...so will the new company be liable to register?????

ya. ..new co is liable to register as per sec 22(4).
In the above case, whether transferor company registration is to be cancelled ?
