What is gst provision on perquisites given to employee?

Supplies from employer to employee in relation to or in the course of employment are not subject to gst as per Schedule 3 Para 1
However gifts from employer to employee of value exceeding 50,000 shall be taxable as per Schedule 1 Para 2
However gifts from employer to employee of value exceeding 50,000 shall be taxable as per Schedule 1 Para 2
