Medical reimbursement as perqs is tax free upto 15,000/- pa. Medical allowance is taxable.

Hi,
Medical reimbursement is not a part of Gross Salary!
Medical allowance will always be part of gross salary!
You can exempt medical allowance upto Rs. 15000 if you take a declaration from employee that Biils will be submitted before end of financial year!

Medical Reimbursement is not a part of Gross Salary. if bills are produced then Mediclaim Reimbursement upto Rs.15000/- is allowed
