I am getting into full time practice from mid of April 2013. Can I accept statutory audits for the year 2013-14 since for part of the year (during a few days in April 2013), I will be holding part time COP while also doing a job?

hi! i think u should check the provision of law that auditor is only appointed by shareholder in general meeting otherwise it would be appointed by central govt..since u should be an practising ca while appointing..
