Performance Assessment of political peoples

Dear All,

Don't we think that  there should be a regular performance appraisal of our country's political activities(Tasks assigned) by the common peoples of India.

Selecting the person as a representative of our country on basis of elections & voting & not selecting him on the basis of appraising his performance for individual task assigned to him give the misleading results.

Remuneration of these ministerial positions should be fixed as per out as per corporate rules on basis of yearly Salary packages.

If any minister's performance is not upto the the standards then he should be sacked immediately.

There should be a period of probation of 6 month in general for each ministerial position.
