Percentage of bonus
can we reduce percentage of paying bonus from last years due to insufficient profits? for example if we are continuously paying bonus @ 20% in last 8-10 financial years. can we reduce the percentage of paying bonus to 8.33/16.66 from 20%?

Yes you can Reduce the % of Bonus but under no circumstances you can go Below 8.33% Which is as per Bonus Act
