Unlisted public limited having turnover around 360cr as per last audited b/s but there's not any women director in BOD.
Is there any penalty? If yes then pls provide sec also.

If no specific penalty is mentioned under any section from 149 to 171. For Company and Every officer in default shall be liable of a penalty of not less than Rs. 50000 but can be upto maximum five lakhs for each. Refer section 172
