Pending Refund

I filed my client income tax return for the AY 2019-20. and he has 20000 refund but Not received refund.
refund was pending for Refund Reissue and I had complete all process then Not received
from last 1 year.
what can I do.
plz Guide me.

In this case, you have to raise a grievance on the e filling website, under 'e- Nivaran' tab.
