I had submitted an appeal against the assessment order for FY 2018-19 in March 2021 within the stipulated 30-day period. I had submitted Form 35 and received an e-acknowledgment on the old IT portal back then. However, I still do NOT see my pending appeal listed on the new IT portal. I only see the assessment order in question and a button to submit an appeal, which of course I do not wish to do since (a) I had already submitted an appeal, albeit on the old portal, and (b) it is now well beyond the stipulated 30-day period.
My questions are:
1. Is data still being migrated from the old IT portal to the new IT portal?
2. How can I access my pending appeal on the new IT portal.
