I have only two invoices on the month of January and May 19. My registration is of Aug 18. I have not filed any return now while I try to file return penalty of about Rs 50000.
Is there any relief to waive off from penalty ????

cancellation can be done back dated as well. but here the main question is you have issued invoices. and thus you will have to pay taxes
