Number of ETDS Notices on account of late filing of quarterly returns imposing heavy penatly are being received . Is there any soloution to resolve the matter by paying no penatly or reduce the amount.

Pay the late fees immediately. There is no waiver.

This is mandatory in nature so u will have to pay no choice
