In GSTR 3B then if sales is taxable then 25 Rs. per day per head penalty,. & if sales is zero or exempted then rs. 10 per day per head

1) Penalty will be levied for not filing return
RS.25/ day ( CGST) RS.25/day ( SGST ) from Oct
Max RS.5,000 ( CGST ) & RS.5,000 ( SGST )
3) Interest @ 18% will be levied for non payment of GST
RS.25/ day ( CGST) RS.25/day ( SGST ) from Oct
Max RS.5,000 ( CGST ) & RS.5,000 ( SGST )
