Penalty on composition dealer

sir
if any composition sealer has not filed any grtr3b and his turnover is below 20 lakhs

is there any remedy to save penalty
or any other remedy available

Please guide me

GSTR 3B is not applicable to Composition Dealer...
So, No need / Applicable penalty.

Yes I Agreed.

Composition Dealer don't want file GSTR 3B return. It's not applicable.

but if you will not file gstr 4 on time then you will liable to late fees

For composition dealer, GSTR4 is to filed quartely.
If you not filed the returns within due date then
Late fee applicable with interest.

So Late fee for Nil Return is Rs. 20/day (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)
Other than Nil return is Rs. 50/day (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25).

Also pay 18% per Annum interest for late payment for all outstanding payments.

Late fee is auto calculated by gst portal while submitting returns.
