under punjab vat last date of submitting form c was 30.06.08 for 06-07 fin. yr. form c received from clients were submitted in time. now what? what is the penalty or interest for form c not received from clients apart from balance 6% which is to be deposited?

yes u have to deposit balance tax due and your sale will be teated like local sales and tax rate applicable less tax deposited will be payable along with the interest. However u can pass on this liability to your customer.

What is the rate of interest to be paid on balance tax & for what period it is to be calculated for Punjab Vat?

Sir,
Kindly sujesst how much % penalty is charged on non submission of c form.
Or
Our sales from daman to anthour state & we will sale them on excise + against form c, now they don't have c form, then how much % debit note is issued.
Which act for above issue ?

If we have not received "C" Forms, at what rate we have to collect the tax amount???
And it is to be calculate from which date?? Date of sale ???

To experts,
I want to know that what is the penalty if company will fail to submit C form and F forms. Company is in Delhi.

if u not collected c forms from your customer u should pay the difference tax along with interest in Karanataka vat it is 1.25% PM from 01.04.2011 onwards it is 1.5%
