May anyone suggest the late filing fees for FORM 32 which is 10 months late.

Yes, you will pay penality in the form of aditional fee which willl be 9 times of normal fee which will be paid at the time of filing of Form-32.
In future, the ROC can demand you for late filing under section 234 of the Companies Act, 1956.
