penalty for Non Filling Return
if an individual will file Salary Return after 31st August. How much penalty he has to pay ?

If income is greater than 5lakh, penalty will be 5000rupees,if filed till December.
if filed after 31 December, penalty is 10000
If income is less than 5lakh, penalty will be only 1000 rupees.
if filed after 31 December, penalty is 10000
