What will be the Penalty if Dealer Excise Return (Second Stage Dealer Form-2) not file up to due date ?

It will be depend upon the adjudicating authority on what grounds you have produced for non filing of returns. For a idea penalty may be Rs.1000 or more.

Dear Vijay,
There will be general penalty for non-compliance of provisions of Excise rulesof Rs. 5000.
