AS PER RULE EVERY DEALER HAS TO GET REGISTERED WITHIN 30DAYS FROM DATE OF EXCED OF TURNOVER. IF ANY ONE FAILS THEN HE IS LIABLE TO PAY TAX ON ALL THE SALES AFTER THAT PERIOD + PENALTY + INTEREST
