Penalty,fees,interest on GST revoked under the amnesty scheme.

GSTN was cancelled suo moto by department due to non filing the returns.Now the GSTN is revoked under amnesty scheme.order has been received and portal is also updated.
My query will any late fees, penalty and interest will be charged while filing returns on portal to update my account on portal.
