minimum 5000 , maximum 100000

As per Section 234F, Penalty would be Rs. 5000 if return filed on or before 31St December and if filed after 31st December then penalty would be 10000. Further if the Assessee total income is upto 5,00,000 then max penalty will be limited to 1000 rupees only.
