A Asseessee have TDS 20k. But, he is not file his ITR AY 17-18. He will try file with condonation delay as

1st condition - He Compute his income statement and after compute available Refund Rs. 2k

and

2nd condition - Payable Rs 2k...


Then please give your solution both of the views and request to ITO...
