I have submitted 3b ontime but filed after 15days. now it asks for penalty of 3000 what to do

on late filing of GSTR 3B, there is an penalty of rs 200 per day.
whereas rs. 100 is for CGST and rs 100 is for SGST ....u will have to pay the penalty for filing return
