I have paid 1800/- fine for late filing return of gst 3b. but now fine was removed. but I already paid it as "penalty" .
now how can I get refund . please help.
And return is not submit , now how can I proceed further

sir kuch to use ho dalta hoga uska. ye to govt ki notification ki wajah se hua. hame payable ni hai paid ho gayi to kuch to ho dalta hoga
