If pan no provided by Employee is wrong and same is quoted in tds return, Penalty for wrong pan is applicable ?
If no notice is received in this regard and we revise the return then the panalty is attracted ?

Dear Nilesh sir,
better would be to revise the return.. as you know about the correct PAN... so, revise the return and no penalty will be levied in that case...

Ok, Sir, Will revise the return then ! is there any period of limitation for such revised return as the case is for f y 2011-12 ?

Dear Sir,
the date for revision of TDS return is not prescribed in the act, however, you should do it at the earliest, for processing correct figures at every front.
