Penalties under Companies Act

I'm a final student and i'm finding it extremely tough to remember the various penalties under the companies act.

Can anyone provide me a link where i can get the list of penalties (imprisonment term and fines) for the various contraventions of the provisions of Companies Act?

Please help me out....
