Penality on return filing
whether the penalty paid on nil retrun will be refunded

As per sec 234F... whether it is nill return or taxable return..If your Total income is more than 5 lacs then you have to pay penalty of Rs.5000( if return filed before December).. in any other case penalty of Rs. 10000 will be levied..
if your Total income is less than 5 lacs.. penalty of Rs.1000 will be levied for all cases
if your Total income is less than 5 lacs.. penalty of Rs.1000 will be levied for all cases
