if the conversion shall take place after results are announced but before application for 2010nov attempt, whether we shall b eligible to write the 2010nov without ITT & orientation?

ITT has to be complete before you register for 2010 Nov, but orientation can be completed before the IPCC 2010 Nov results are declared. So please do ITT quickly.
