As there is no mention about the PE-II exam in the notification for the Nov 09 exams published by ICAI on 9-7-2009 it is likely that there will be no more extension of PE-II exam. Therefore the option is either to switchover to PCC or IPCC.

merely considering the notification one cannot come to the conclusion above the extention of PE-II. It may amend in future
