PE-2 Student .. For Nov 09 Exam what shal I do ??

Can anybody tel .. That Now  I have given my last attempt of pe2 in june09 and If iam not cleared this time what is the procedure to be followed to give attempt in NOV 09 exams..  OR it requires any conversions from pe2 to pcc or can I write exams directly by filling appln form..

Plz suggest me right way to be followed
