respected brother ..sir termination is not allowed as per my knowledge .

and a converted student also get a denefit of articlship already done

that means institute consider articlship already done...

so it is compulsory to continue under old employer.

I also converted from Pcc to Ipcc.. I Submitted form 109 as well as form 120.

and i think its not compulsory to join ur old firm..

yes, it's not compulsory to join back your old C.A. If that would be situtation then why would they write in the transfer for articles column that if you convert from PCC to IPCC that would be considered as transfer / termination.

and it would be beneficial if you take conversion as of now, because if you would have pass 1st group of PCC and then convert, in that case, you would have to give 1st group of IPCC exam also.

So, Lokesh sorry to say but you are wrong this time.

My sincere suggestion is pls don't convert to IPCC ,Since IPCC testing will be much more than PCC.As yu say tat yu hav already done your 15months articles better go with PCC.

I have e-mailed to ICAI and goted the answer as follows:

Dear Student,
While converting to IPCC from PCC you can take termination by depositing
IPCC conversion form (which can be downloaded from our web site or which is
available along with the IPCC prospectus - costs Rs. 100/-) along with form
109.
Fee calculation is enclosed for reference.
After passing Group I of IPCC you may join for article with any CA.
