nw u r confused btn perq n allowance above is allowance n perq is

1if EMPLOYER incurrs cost of education thn actual xpenditure met b y EER

2WAT UR DOUBT IS TAT IS FREE EDUCATION FACILITY...THN ans is cost of edu is upto 1000pm per child " or else fully taxable"were i mean if more thn 100 say 1200 fully taxable
