Hi Friends, I am Doing my PCC 3rd year articlship. In our firm weekly 42 hrs working is followed. So now Ihave balance credit leave for 100days and exam leave for 110 days as on 31st January. I wish to utilise this all leave for my remaining articleship period and with this leave I dont have to go for articleship up to its completion. Is there any problem for taking this all leave continuously?? Will it make any ineligibilities for my articleship??? Would anybody comment on this topict? Plzzz..

I dont think so there can be any objection in ur case... As u have spare leaves available and can take it for ur exams... But let others reply too
Alright Dhiraj ...............
In general, you can BUT on following conditions: Does ur principal agree? Are u able to convince him before asking for such allowance? His convenience matters most not YOURS or Institute bcoz Institute has transferred the eligibility to such situtations entirely at the discretion and agreement of the PRINCIPAL ONLY. In terms of ICAI rules, YOU CANNOT enjoy a leave of more than 3 months at straight.

Hi Friend,

My Problem needs some more advice.

1. Conditions in My Office

a) In my office credit leave eligibility is not granted yet.

b) My boss not allows credit leave .

c) I have proof for my credit leave eligibility (Photo copy of attendance register)

So I meditate to sent him leave application through e-mail showing leave calculation. If he  still not allows, not to go for work after 15 days.

Clarification Needed:

Will it be offensive to ICAI Rules???

Will my articleship be endangared due to my action????

Consequence from my Ofiice.

a) Boss will not grant completion certificate after 3.5 yrs articleship period.!!!!!

So will there be any rules  help me  to obtain completion certificate after my articleship period 3.5 yrs???
