no one can give perfect answer 4 ur question.why becoz whether pe-2 or pcc both give same level of knowledge .i.e,.. working knowledge. but 1 thing ..coverage of syllabus is more in pcc than pe2.any way this may is last exam of pe2..so from nov-08 onwards everyone has to write pcc only.

PCC is much better. It has new topics plus the combo of objective+subjective is beneficial in testing the actual knowledge of students.
