While starting study, u must fully devoted towards ur studies. Avoid tension and don't think abt things other than ur study. U may do meditation dat increases ur concentration in a effective manner. make habit of morning walk. Try to motivate urself to study in a better manner so that u can achieve ur set goals.......
keep smiling and get set go ........ success will be urs..........
