There were within the syallbus.
It was there in earlier RTP and they are practical oriented questions.

I agree to the opinion of CA.Johar. When students get questions out of the prescribed course in the Exam, they get confused and loss their balance and commits silly mistakes while attempting normal questions. The Institute should not play with the career of the students.

Would suggest you to please pick up a Costing Module and ccc Fundflow is there
and as far as Sec 142 and Sec 143 is no where related to PCC
and all i m concerned abt is if we dnt raise a nosie abt it now
and donot let the institue knw abt are concern ................................ it will only be a loss to us .....
So guys i think we should really get together post a question to Examination Committe and let them reply us on it wht do u guys think

the Students are supposed to read RTP also. if it is covered in RTP there no point in objecting as the institute would not reply to us.

As Far as particual question is concerned then toh they can even ask Question on other Section Still u say u need Parctical Knowledge
In Taxation atleast if they as Question which are related to some Section from SYllabus we could hv said Parctical Knowledge
Pur this Sec is totally not there
