its a well known fact icai manipulates results... please there can be no discussion about this... its confirmed by sources inside the institute... if you want to believe good, but do not support the institute on wrong counts...

pcc, ipcc results will not be manipulated
Absolutely, There is manipulation in results in all steps. Now IPCC percentage is OK because it will provide assistants to members and they have to wait for 3yrs for Final. PCC results are restricted bcoz the passed one can directly enroll CA Final.PE-2 results are very much restricted the reason is unknown.
In stages other than final around 30% students are passing in each exam. but ICAI has reduced results to 6% , 8% , 12% etc
In Final around 16 % pass in each exam, icai has reduced it to 3% , 4%, 6% etc
Those having Luck will escape from manipulations.
Those who say that there is no manipulation will understand the FACTS
