Dear Sir,
I have seen your article relating to Transfer or shares. My father is a shareholder of a Closely held limited company. He wants to Gift me the shares. Whether The stamp duty of .25% is applicable in gifts also? Whether apart from Form 7B, can this be done on gift deed als? If yes, what will be the value of stamp Paper?

Please let me know, that in case of revalidation of TD is there necessary to change the executaion date?
Because the execution date should be post to date of presentation.
If Yes, so is there necessary to revaluate the amount of Stamp Duty.

There is city civil court order and degree dated 4-7-2012 in Title suit no. 13 of 2001 Suman Dugar (Plaintif ) VS (1) Vijaykumari Pincha and (2) The Company , with mandatory injuction and in this case the company is also party as defendent no.2 but company not transfering the sahres in avour of the plaintiff nor even acknowledged the receipt of the original shares certificate and court order and degree certified copy sent under speed-post. Now how to get these shares transered in name of plaintiff. Wather again Plaintiff shold appeal to company law Board under section 110 or 111 or 111A or any other sections of companies Act 1956 which ever are applicable or should Appeal to Highcourt to direct the company to record the particulars of shares in shareholders register in name of Plaintiff as per city civil court Order and make compliance of order for paying up to date Dividends of these shares.
